The Northern Pecan tree grows 12-24" per year and reaches a max height of 70-100'. It is tolerant of various soil types and grows in well-drained or wet areas. The high protein nuts produced by this tree after 6-10 years are enjoyed by both wildlife and people. Make sure to plant two trees for cross-pollination.
