The Dolgo Crabapple tree is a beautiful crab tree. They grow about 12"-24" a year with a maximum height of 30'. It tolerates loamy and sandy soils. It has good cold tolerance and disease resistance. In the spring, the tree produces white flowers. It is a good pollinator for other crabapple and apple trees. The fruit will ripen in August and September. The fruit is a good food source for wildlife.
