Mockernut Hickory trees will grow up to 60'-80' tall with a spread of 20'-30' at maturity. The preferred soil conditions are acidic, moist, well-drained soil. They are moderately drought tolerant. This tree is a member of the walnut family, Mockernut Hickory trees are a great addition to any park, median, or street due to its hardy nature. Beautifully gold in the fall, these large trees are aesthetically pleasing and will attract song birds.
